Intuitive, Robust Event Management Software
What do you like best? Cvent is intuitive and very user-friendly. It has numerous integrations that make it a perfect software for medium-larger-sized companies. My favorite integration is with SFDC as our sales team uses it on a daily basis and it significantly decreases the amount of manual work for the team. What do you dislike? An ideal software for event management.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I can completely customize the experience of attendee all throghout the process. I do this via data tags, advanced filters, and registration settings. The software is intricate. It offers a plenty of functionality. What aspects are problematic or could work better? So much data!
What do you like best? I love the data export that you can get from using Cvent! Taking the time on the front end to stack the questions with the kind of data you're hoping to report on gives AMAZING results. What do you dislike? Cvent is extremely time consuming on the front end, even when comfortable with the event entering, it's clunky to create but well worth it. What any event planner would want plus an integration that's really seamless!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like how it's easy to use in sending invites and being able to manage registrations. Before, rooming lists and invites took up a bulk of time. Cvent ensured that such processes run more efficiently. A great functionality for my team is being able to share registration reports and activity with colleagues in real-time. CVENT rocks!
What do you like best? I love the customer support team. I have been setting up training with our rep and they have been extremely helpful. It is great to have assistance like this without an extra cost. What do you dislike? I wish there were more customize-able email and website templates. A life saving management tool with integration!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like all toolls are seamlessly interacting with each other. I've been utilizng the event management tool for my current event site as well as online registration. I've been using OnArrival, which offers quick and a great check-in experience for attendees. Powerful, but incredibly unintuitive
What do you like best? There are a lot of features to use in the Cvent platform; you can build your registration site and have full control over registrant information, and with a few extra add-on costs, you can plan badge printing and distribution through them, you can build the app with them, and even travel and accommodation details. Great as a Registration Tool
What do you like best? Extremely user friendly and quick to learn. What do you dislike? Customer Support can be discouraging, and customizing of the event website is difficult and limiting.
