Flexible enough for "out of the box" users
What do you like best? Cvent is very flexible for "out of the box" thinkers. What do you dislike? Enhancements are based on the number of requests verses the usability across the platform. There are enhancements that would make logical sense based on the system that have yet to be implemented. Furthermore, the reports are not consistent across the various modules of the system. Cvent is the industry leader for a reason!
What do you like best? Cvent has allowed our event so team to effectively manage 350-400 events a year because of its robust system. BOth the simplicity of express events and being able to build multi track, multi reg types has increased our productivity beyond measure. Customer service saves CVent's somewhat outdated platform
What do you like best? Customer service is excellent. There are plenty of options for customization but they aren't organized in the most thoughtful layout. Once you learn the ropes though it's a solid performance that is reliable. What do you dislike? Rigid appearance of platform, old school reporting, exporting takes a long time and registration set up is tricky. Flexibility for customization is limited. What do you like best? The help and support that Cvent provides is amazing. Their resource library is expansive and their support team is always quick to find a solution and help with questions. What do you like best? I like that I can do a lot with cvent. Hotel sourcing, room placements, registration, name badges. All you need is in the click of a button. So easy! What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love the Cvent customer service and the Cvent Community. The customer service is exceptional and I love how you can chose to chat, call or submit a question within the community. Every time I call Cvent I know that I am going to be treated with respect and my concern or question is going to be taken seriously. An exceptional event management tool
What do you like best? The platform is very user friendly. It was easy to learn and quickly set up events. The dashboard is great for overview of each event for a quick glance. Cvent's customer service team is extremely helpful in troubleshooting any issues. What do you dislike? I don't like that there is limited editing for the templates when it comes to image/logo resizing, the colors and backgrounds. Particularly for the express event template. What do you like best? There are so many things to love about cvent that it is difficult to pick just one. What do you like best? Cvent offers so many options and ways to customize each event to to ensure all needs are met. From the templates, to the registration process, Cvent allows you to display and capture just about any information you will need. Lots of depth, seemingly endless possibilities, AND, always improving!
What do you like best? Cvent offers a wide menu of event solutions, but my favorite part is really how I feel about the brand and company as a whole.
