PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I can completely customize the experience of attendee all throghout the process. Great functionality and end user experience

What do you like best? I think the event set up is very intuitive, making it pretty easy to set up a new event. The event webpages also have a nice look to them. The registration process allows you to set up very basic to very complex registration scenarios. What do you dislike? Some staff feel the look of the webpages is outdated, but I look forward to Cvent's new FLEX system that will upgrade the design functionality to create a "better looking" webpage. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Customer service with Cvent is unlike anything I've ever seen. Responses to e-mail come within a few hours. Each person I've dealt with have been nothing but accommodating. They were really a big help. What aspects are problematic or could work better? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like how it's easy to use in sending invites and being able to manage registrations. Before, rooming lists and invites took up a bulk of time. What do you like best? I like that CVent is somewhat easy to use - if you're a first time use - it's easy to click around in there and find what you're looking for What do you dislike? The reporting structure gets a little difficult sometimes when exporting lists. It gets difficult when registrants don't have the option to register their guests' and our registration team has to chase down names. Also - the syncing with Marketo could be better. Managing stress registration has been less stressful with Cvent!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The thing that I favor with Cvent its its ability in sending out personal links within any e-mail. The links lets the registration look into what you really want them to focus on. Once they register, it'll pre-populate any data being imported in the system. CVENT for Non-Profit Event Management

What do you like best? CVENT has a lot of functionality built into it, and there is a ton of great things you can do. My favorite part is how you can quickly compare one event to a past event on the same screen. I like that you can see abandoned registrations as it makes it easier to communicate with people who may legitimately have an interest in attending the conference. What do you dislike?
