A life saving management tool with integration!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like all toolls are seamlessly interacting with each other. I've been utilizng the event management tool for my current event site as well as online registration. I've been using OnArrival, which offers quick and a great check-in experience for attendees. I make use of Social Wall and the lead tracking program. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It's a bit complicated in using registration content builders. ...

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to track our registrations across multiple events; run reports that that give me a great snapshot of financials, event specific questions, and other pertinent information. What do you dislike? Sometimes it is to robust and doesn't offer WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get so when you want to make a change to a registration process, sometimes it is hard to find where to make that change. Great Event Management Software
What do you like best? I loved using this software to manage multiple events. Probably the best part of cvent, though, is the amazing customer support and custom reporting options. What do you dislike? The registration portal options are a little dated. We were using these for tech events and would have preferred them to look more sophisticated. Cvent is a life changer!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Customer service with Cvent is unlike anything I've ever seen. Responses to e-mail come within a few hours. Each person I've dealt with have been nothing but accommodating. They were really a big help. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The best solution on the market
What do you like best? This is the only event solution that integrates everything under one roof that an end user can administrate from planning to completion. I love it. Very robust. Planner friendly, concise database
What do you like best? Cvent is planner-friendly by offering a one-stop shop for sourcing and submitting proposals to destinations. This is especially useful for planners who are doing multiple events at one time, keeps all the information in one spot and allows for sorting. What do you dislike? Love Cvent!
What do you like best? I love that Cvent notifies me as soon as my clients send in an RFP. It gives me time to monitor my responses and the friendly reminders of when the deadline is coming to respond. The system is incredibly user friendly. What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike about Cvent is that some of the information is not always found back in Delphi. The disconnect between the two programs can be frustrating. A time saver for me!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like its ability to automate a lot for me in terms of reminders and confirmations. I've been using it to successfully sell ad programs to customers. I also sell ad programs to book attendees on our trips. Even for small office events, I find it very useful. Great but can be confusing?
What do you like best? It's pretty simple to use for basic email marketing, it's easy to learn and to teach. I like that when they do updates, they aren't drastic changes that change how you use the platform and how it functions. What do you dislike? I dislike the reporting aspect of it. It's really difficult to find the reports or data that you're looking for. Also, the survey pages you can create through Cvent are super out dated looking, I don't know if a lot of people use them. ...
