Good for events, great support
What do you like best? Customer support is amazing. We don't use Cvent for exactly what it's made for, so we need a lot of work-arounds and custom stuff. But every time we have an issue, their phone support is amazing. What do you dislike? I wish is was easier to bill people on payment plans, and to invoice people. What do you like best? It is fairly easy to navigate. I especially love being able to create data tags. What do you dislike? Some things work different ways in different areas compared to each other. Excellent customer service, customizable registration process
What do you like best? Love the customization available during the registration process and ability for attendees (and sponsoring companies to upload documents (i.e. company logo within their registration. What do you dislike? I dislike the membership portion of Cvent. The registration portion is great, but because of the limits within the member part we may not be renewing our contract. Excellent Service
What do you like best? Easy to learn and navigate. I like the sending out email reminders, I like being able to see how many have registered or decline and even visited the site. I also like the survey and being able to pull reports for this. What do you dislike? When running reports, there are characters that appear that should not. For example, one of the survey questions that is pulled displays this way, "This was the first time I?ve participated on this panel type.". There should ...

What do you like best? Cvent has great functionality. It registers and checks in event attendees, it is tech friendly with QR codes to register people. It manages the financial transactions, helps with seating charts, has integrations with several platforms, and is very effective for really large events. Cvent is Every Event Professional's Life Saver!
What do you like best? I really like the totality of what Cvent provides on every level of event management from start to finish. You can find the location for your event through their RFP system, create complex registration paths, create individual event sites with supreme detail and promote this event through their html email section. Easy to use and excellent customer service
What do you like best? I use CVENT for managing a series of classes with a partner program I help run. I have found CVENT to be very easy to use and customizable in a way that suits my needs for all different types of events. The best part about CVENT is their customer service- I've never had an easier time getting answers to my questions. Sourcing made SO easy
What do you like best? I love using cvent for sourcing all of our events. It makes it very easy to search an area and get in touch with the correct people - or even learn about a destination without having to sift through google or multiple websites. Incredible software, support and service
What do you like best? Wow - what a hard choice. From the customer service to the functionality of CVent, we were blown away by all you can do. There was never a "no" answer for our event needs, the team was always able to find a solution. What do you dislike? Quite difficult to learn without the support team.
