A time saver for me!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like its ability to automate a lot for me in terms of reminders and confirmations. I've been using it to successfully sell ad programs to customers. I also sell ad programs to book attendees on our trips. Even for small office events, I find it very useful. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The learning curve of the system can take up a lot of time. It can also be confusing. But it was all worth the hassle in ...

We've just scratched the surface with Event Management
What do you like best? Cvent Event Management has made our invitation process so much more efficient. Continued support and integration options (specifically Marketo and SFDC have increased our ease of use and communication with our own team members. The reporting features are so valuable to our internal customers! What do you dislike? Cvent isn't terribly intuitive. Would love to see more template options and easier design features. Great customer service, but not for 101 users
What do you like best? Cvent's customer support is truly outstanding, they are detail oriented and will not end a conversation until a problem is solved or a solution plan is in place. What do you dislike? The platform itself isn't incredibly intuitive; without knowing what I have learned about Cvent as a returning user, if I were to attempt to build out a site/event on my own I would struggle to understand any of the inner-workings or back-end management without serious help. Cvent gives you what you pay for
What do you like best? Our event registrations are very complex with multiple paths and registration types for most events and Cvent is the only tool we have found that allows us to give our end user what they want. The customer service is also very helpful and available to answer questions. What do you dislike? It is expensive and therefore we are not able to use it for our simpler yes/no events. I would love a pricing structure based on complexity so I'm not paying the same price ...

Best event software there is, but a work in progress!
What do you like best? Cvent has incredible reporting power and the ability to gather just what you need as a planner. Customer support is absolutely fantastic and always able to help with solutions quickly. What do you dislike? While the platform is powerful, there is a very steep learning curve. User friendly platform for sourcing, budgetting, surveys and registration websites.
What do you like best? Cvent is easy to use and has nice graphics, so you can create clear and nice looking registration websites. What do you dislike? Not all features are perfect for the European market. You can gather flight info, but trains are not included yet. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Instead of having to keep a manual room block, all changes are captured and you are safe not to go over the booked capacity.

Best solution for SMM
What do you like best? Cvent's capability to create full SMM - registration, attendee management, budget, reporting, surveys, apps - it's a great tool that we're still learning how to use at full strength, but we've got great expectations for the future. What do you dislike? Help features are still a bit hard to navigate. Customer Care is just a call away, so that's helpful, but we've had mixed reviews on some of the conversations with agents. Manage your events end-to-end

Great way to scale and optimize your operations.
What do you like best? The ability that the system gives you to be able to automate a lot of the tasks that used to take hours to get accomplished using a spreadsheet approach. What do you dislike?
