What do you like best? The software makes it it easy to create a professinal looking invitation and website. The regiatration link is provided so that attendees can easily respond. What do you dislike? The only problem we have with Cvent is with the membership management. Our members are not individuals, but organizations. Cvent's database of contacts are individuals. Outdated Technology

What do you like best? It does the job. It may have been good software even a few years ago but at the moment, it is clearly outdated and legacy software. What do you dislike? It isn't mobile-friendly, there is no public API and platform is based on SOAP which is clearly no longer relevant today. Recommendations to others considering the product Rather outdated. Not the best fit for the way we run events

What do you like best? I thought the initial customer support was great. The team was responsive and the process went smoothly. What do you dislike? I have multiple tracking issues with the platform. I'm unable to use Adobe Analytics because there's a conflict with Cvent's tracking, and I can't effectively use Google Analytics because Cvent treats each event separately - and I was told I needed separate Google IDs for each event (we run nearly 50/year. It works, but with limited visual flexibility on the web side.

What do you like best? Ease of use of the API for us to build dynamic agendas on our external event site. I am the web developer so I don't use a lot of the feautes but spent a lot of time in cvent in the past when we used the website feature. What do you dislike? Flexible Registration System with Strong Customer Service

What do you like best? I love that Cvent is constantly improving. They really take feedback seriously and work hard to find solutions to your problems.
