What do you like best? I'm able to eliminate a lot of properties up front, due to the amount of search/sort fields available. This makes the selection process much easier to narrow down. Cvent Event Management Review

What do you like best? We are small non-profit - if we didn't have Cvent I wouldn't be able to do all the other event planning functions that are part of my job! What do you dislike? It's not always intuitive to use and since we only have two conferences a year I usually have to brush up on my skills when I got to do an new event. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It saves so much time that it is saving us money as well.

What do you like best? The customer service and support is amazing! What do you dislike? The only downside is the cost. CVENT is rather expensive but worth the money. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Using CVENT has allowed us to easily manage our event registrations, hotel accommodations and event sessions.

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to see how many registrants there are, run reports by session and all around easy to use What do you dislike? Cvent keeps event details manageable

What do you like best? The ability to customize Cvent to fit our event. And the customer service/technical assistance is amazing! What do you dislike? We required technical assistance to get all of our breakout sessions loaded into our event, and that took several hours; but the end result was worth it. I have used it for countless events, and while it takes a little while to learn the full extent of all the features, they have a ton to offer in terms of event registration options and reporting. What do you like best? Leading up to the event, Cvent is always attentive and set on helping you execute your ideal customer journey. Onsite, OnArrival is an invaluable asset to have to create a seamless registration process. The reporting functionality is also stellar. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The most helpful thing about Cvent is the support team and the many different ways to reach them. Another upside of cvent is the navigability of the site. What do you dislike?
