What do you like best? The feature that I like best is the 24/7 support. I also very much enjoy the user interface of the product. Cvent is very user friendly and is not as intimidating to use as many other software. What do you like best? This is a very powerful tool, especially when it comes to reports and analytics and organizing the event on the back-end. My experiences with tech support have been fantastic! They are always so quick and professional, certainly proficient. What do you dislike? Wish we could tie accounts to our own ID number, rather than an email only. We utilize Cvent to house all of our conference content which we push to our own website via an API. What do you like best? The support team was wonderful! The ability to communicate with participants with alerts during the conference was an amazing tool.
