What do you like best? I love how far Cvent has come over the last 5 years with their products. Flex is a true game changer and I finally feel like I'm getting the complete package with Cvent. It allows you to have total control over the design, reporting, and details of your event. What do you dislike? Easy to use and customer service is great!
What do you like best? they have a functional site and helpful staff What do you dislike? some things are very hidden so it's hard to figure out some of the issues alone. Recommendations to others considering the product: Be sure to use their customer support with any questions. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? CVent is a Great Registration Platform...
What do you like best? The seamless flow of data between registration and the CrowdCompass App. What do you dislike? Your onsite Registration doesn't allow color printing without 360 which I don't need for an event my size (250 attendees) so I end up having to get onsite badge printing from another vendor. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The seamless flow of data between registration and the CrowdCompass App.

Great Organizational & Communication Tools for Conferences
What do you like best? The support team was wonderful! The ability to communicate with participants with alerts during the conference was an amazing tool. The check-in process was smooth for our participants too. What do you dislike? There were some disconnects between CVENT and the CrowdCompass App when setting up the event initially. Great platform
What do you like best? I love the ease of being able to get help from a Cvent support specialist I also love the builders for the webpages and emails. What do you dislike? There's nothing that comes to mind that I particularly dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I love being able to send multiple different emails to different recipients. Being able to pull custom reports is also very helpful.

Everything You Need "Under One Roof
What do you like best? Cvent offers a number of features and an abundance of functionality in one software platform. We utilize Cvent to house all of our conference content which we push to our own website via an API. We register attendees and manage their schedules, collect payment, communicate on both event and session levels as well as utilize OnArrival 360 for check-in and badging as well as Crowdcompass as our mobile app. What do you dislike? Very powerful tool!
What do you like best? This is a very powerful tool, especially when it comes to reports and analytics and organizing the event on the back-end. My experiences with tech support have been fantastic! They are always so quick and professional, certainly proficient. What do you dislike? Wish we could tie accounts to our own ID number, rather than an email only.
