We have 1300 people in our contact list and our annual convention is a 400 person event and is used as a measure of our company strength. What do you like best about Cvent? Ease of tasks and features. Also reporting is very convenient. What do you dislike about Cvent? Certain things that you are not able to edit. Cvent enabled us to market our events in a coordinated way. It also eliminated the paper check in process which was cumbersome and time consuming.

Although there are some other sites online for finding venues for small events, I have never found another website that allows you to do the extensive venue and hotel research that Cvent does. Our needs are different than their typical client, but our onboarding specialist really helped us to navigate how to best use the system for our specific requirements.
