It took me years to get used to it but the chat support and also getting my cvent professional designation helped. What do you like best about Cvent? I love that I can always chat, call or email CVENT and get a quick response. At the beginning of setting up my event I use this quite a bit so I can get it right the first time. What do you dislike about Cvent? There are some bugs with the flex events still. What do you like best about Cvent? Let's be clear, Cvent can manage anything you need it to do for your event. But it's so powerful it's cumbersome. It takes a lot longer than it should to figure out how to set up your event to do the things you want it to do.
