What do you like best about Cvent? Cvent itself is a great product but the customer service is very helpful. Whenever I can't figure something out, I hop on the phone to speak with a customer service representative and they help get me on the right track every time. What do you dislike about Cvent? I really can't think of anything I dislike about the product. The solution works flawlessly, and is backed by an excellent team of customer service representatives. What do you like best about Cvent? I like the simplicity of it. Very user-friendly. What do you dislike about Cvent? I wish the building portion of it were a bit easier to understand for AM. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? I love the new reporting that the clients now have access to their own portal! I think that is so beneficial!

What do you dislike about Cvent? The long process to build out an event. It is not a fast process. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Was trying to locate my event links, but their "help" page solved it for me.
