What do you like best about Cvent? The interface is easy to navigate. User friendly. What do you dislike about Cvent? Some useful tools are not available. More scalability and control would be better. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to run and manage virtual events for many different industries.

What do you like best about Cvent? The dashboard page was great and easy to navigate making my experience seem less. What do you dislike about Cvent? I was locked out after 3 password attempts for a long chunk of time would be easier with 2 step verification or a backup option. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Managing conferences in this time where we must remain virtual has been great.

What do you like best about Cvent? The staff makes using the platform really easy What do you dislike about Cvent? Some basic things that you would expect to be included (like polls and closed captioning) were not available to us when we used the platform last year. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? With covid we couldn't host our conference in person, so Cvent made it possible to deliver as close to the same product as possible

We have used Cvent for years more traditionally as the backend to manage our annual user conference of ~2,000+ and a series of webinars and in-person field events throughout the year. New Flex interface - even though we have had our challenges with it, we know the growing pains will be worth it in the long run. hard to describe how much easier it is than our old tools. Integration with the mobile app is such a time saver! What do you dislike about Cvent? With the number of accounts they have and active users, you are most likely a very small fish in a very big pond. Enhancement requests feel like they go into a black hole. Really wish ...
