What do you like best about Cvent? The automation of the registration process for all of our events has saved a huge aount of time. "Not always intuitive, but always effective"

What do you like best about Cvent? I like how easy it is to access and manage different events within the same application. I love how easy it is to create event discount codes. What do you dislike about Cvent? I dislike that the tool is not always very intuitive. Finding particular menu items can sometimes be a challenge when I don't think it's necessary. What do you like best about Cvent? The reporting functionality and the online support center are amazing. The online center answers most of my questions from the search bar, I rarely need to call in.
