What do you like best about Cvent? With my events, I find it quite easy to register clients and check them into our events via OnArrival. What do you like best about Cvent? Cvent is my go to for event management, and gives me the opportunity to connect with so many planners. It is so easy to use for both the planner and supplier and makes the process very smooth. What do you dislike about Cvent? If you don't get certified you have no idea how much you're missing out on. What do you like best about Cvent? I like the data collection aspects and central place to store event info. What do you dislike about Cvent? The nickel & dime-ing sales model is incredibly frustrating. Difficult to find the place (often multiple places) where you have to make a specific change. Unable to make certain changes, like switching a session from optional to included. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Standardizing event planning process.

Add ons to the system are costly and not always shown in up front costs. Many ways to achieve same solution can be tricky. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? The data is in one place and we are easily able to communicate with attendees.

What do you like best about Cvent? Cvent is a very robust software allowing us to create dynamic registration sites. It ties nicely into the CrowdCompass app. Reports are great and support us too. What do you dislike about Cvent? It’s complicated and requires programming support. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you?
