"Comprehensive System for Meeting Planners"

What do you like best about Cvent? I love the Cvent makes the site selection process less manual. We are now able to send out RFPs to hotels across the country at ease. What do you dislike about Cvent? I wish that the system had a more robust planning database of vendors, etc. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Site selections and registration sites have become more streamlined and organized. We have been able to provide our clients with a better overall product.

"Helpful tool to have for event management but could use more intuitive updates for back end users"

What do you like best about Cvent? Being able to search for an event registrant without having to know which event they attended. I also like being able to duplicate an existing event to create a new event and only having to adjust dates for automated emails. What do you dislike about Cvent? The system is not very intuitive. There is a pretty high learning curve and even after using it regularly for about a year, I still struggle with parts of the system. What problems is Cvent solving and ...

What do you like best about Cvent? Once you get used to the system it is easy to use and has lots of options. Customer service has been awesome. What do you dislike about Cvent? You are required to go multiple places to enter information to get it set up correctly. The system was obviously built and then added onto in order to allow new options. The system is very complex (because it allows for complex events) and is not your every day user type of software. Recommendations to others ...

What do you like best about Cvent? Ease of substituting attendees is the best feature. What do you dislike about Cvent? Reports are extremely difficult to maneuver. Need to be straight forward. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Honestly, prefer our old system better. Not a big fan of Cvent.

"Overall positive, but need a few tweaks"

What do you like best about Cvent? It's easy to use once your events are up and running. I like the reporting tools a lot. What do you dislike about Cvent? I feel like we don't have much support from our project managers. Creating new events is bulky and confusing. Hopefully the flex feature will make it easier? What do you like best about Cvent? The ability to access every major component of event coordination on one platform. What do you dislike about Cvent? It's a bit tricky to customize the overall design/look of your event website. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Event organization. This platform has really helped with the time management and tracking aspect of coordinating an event.

What do you like best about Cvent? Cvent was a great option for our team as we prepare for our 5 annual events. The learning curve is small but they have a great support staff and will help you find the answers that you need. Would highly recommend for those looking to upgrade their software!
