What do you like best about Cvent? I like being able to customize data analytics and reporting features to zero in on each user's progress in a certain survey. What do you dislike about Cvent? The organization of surveys and products can be visually confusing on the back end. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? I do not like the rigidity of the structure when creating conference websites. I wish I had more control over what the structure looked like. What do you like best about Cvent? Once you get used to the system it is easy to use and has lots of options. Customer service has been awesome. What do you dislike about Cvent? You are required to go multiple places to enter information to get it set up correctly. The system was obviously built and then added onto in order to allow new options. The system is very complex (because it allows for complex events) and is not your every day user type of software. Recommendations to others ...

"Helpful tool to have for event management but could use more intuitive updates for back end users"

What do you like best about Cvent? Being able to search for an event registrant without having to know which event they attended. I also like being able to duplicate an existing event to create a new event and only having to adjust dates for automated emails. What do you dislike about Cvent? The system is not very intuitive. What do you like best about Cvent? Ease of substituting attendees is the best feature. What do you dislike about Cvent? Reports are extremely difficult to maneuver. Need to be straight forward.
