They are helpful when problem-solving, but can be sometimes inaccurate and slow in sharing information.

What do you like best about Cvent? I like how it is very user friendly, if you have no experience using a registration software it is not difficult to learn. What do you dislike about Cvent? Being able to customize certain things and having to pay for additional items such as CPE tracking. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to reach someone via chat very quickly is a huge plus.
