What do you like best about Cvent? Customer support is always on top of it when you're able to get ahold of them. The support chat feature is extremely helpful if you're able to get through. What do you like best about Cvent? I like that it is a more modern design. What do you dislike about Cvent? It is missing key features and that it harder to use than the classic registration. What problems is Cvent solving and how is that benefiting you? Having to cancel a registration to just change their hotel dates and not having a different return flight on the travel flight widget.
