"Really good UI and easy to navigate"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? I like the level of customization available in the goal setting area. The sliding progress bars are a great visualization. I also really like the new 1-on-1s section of the site. Having quick check-ins about life, not just work, and collecting that over time can give excellent feedback when reviewed after a while. I also just noticed the grammar/spelling checker and loved it!

What do you like best about Culture Amp? It is an app that does not only focus on goals and appraisals, but also help to build the soft skills among employees. I like the playbooks/skill coach feature in Culture Amp and it is very useful and we only need to spend 5-mins a day. I see immerse improvement in my productivity after using it.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? I think Culture Amp performance reviews and surveys are very easy to use and customizable. I like how they send out reminders, and I can update the deadlines multiple times. Customer support is fast and responsive.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? I like that we can track one on ones with our accountibilibuddy and the shoutout feature in slack is cool too. So far, it seems like Culture Amp is a welcomed addition to our work space.
