What do you like best about Culture Amp? I'm an IO Psychologist, and I love how Culture Amp helps me explain the science behind the data to those who aren't as knowledgeable about people science. The platform is user-friendly, and it's adapted well into our culture.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? The pacing and the grouping of training and skills are very easy and user orientated. Not sure if I am the correct age group for the graphics used but the were clear and sometimes amusing!

What do you like best about Culture Amp? It has a good UI which is much better than most products in general & a drastic improvement from our previous system of writing performance reviews on Google sheets

What do you like best about Culture Amp? Performance Reviews and Self Reflections are easy to track, mast action items can be tracked easily and it helps record everything without having to maintain past links. Survey insights are also great to see and as a manager, the metrics really help you learn where you can improve!

What do you like best about Culture Amp? We use Culture Amp here and I find it really beneficial to share feedback with my leadership team on a monthly or a bimonthly basis. It's incredibly intuitive and non-invasive

The platform is good but Product Support is lacking and does not support people with learning disabilities
The software platform is good, but the product support is very bad - they have a live chat feature with their product support, which is very slow to come back on. When we decided to buy the product for a client, we didn't realise they would take hours to respond. In my two most recent experiences (on 19/04/23 and 20/04/23), it took them 1.5 hours to answer a simple question and then 7 hours just to ask if I would still like my questions answered.
