What do you like best about Culture Amp? It's a great repository for feedback and performance reviews. Brings everything to one place and links in with our other systems quite nicely. It, or a similar system, should be part of everyone's toolkit.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? It's very user friendly tool and should be used for people management on a daily basis. I find it helpful when I get reminders on tasks planned and can also add schedules in advance

What do you like best about Culture Amp? I love the setup for the 1:1 with my manager. It helps me prepare better and use the time productively. I also recently started the courses, which are engaging and easy to follow through.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? It's easy to use and user-friendly. Manager reviews, peer reviews, 1-on-1s, and setting personal goals is much and much easier than ever. I also love how it has a skills coach that provides ways to improve your skills and set targets.

"Great 1on1 Solution"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? I like the 1on1 solution and the survey functionality. I have been using the 1on1 solution for about a year and use it for the weekly 1on1 with my manager. It is super simple nudges to reflect together and is a good place to drop things to talk about also early during the week.
