What do you like best about Culture Amp? The feature about Culture Amp that I most utilize and appreciate is the 1-on-1 section. I love the ability to set reminders, recurring events, capture notes, and the ability to input topics throughout the week.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? Love how my reviews have gone from an annual summary to breaking up in progressive steps. Easier to tell the story for the whole year's work effort. Allows me to pivot and refocus as I look ahead to the next quarter's work. With how businesses need agility to change, employee engagement also needs to change as well.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? It has well-thought tools for different aspects of people/team management. It is useful to set and track goals and action plans, do 1:1s and give/receive feedback. As a new manager, its Skills coach section was useful to learn some tips.
