What do you like best about Culture Amp? The one on one format I've found to be the most helpful in planning for productive syncs with my manager. The anytime feedback is great for requesting and sending feedback to folks which is especially important in asynchronous remote environments.

"A very good experience, but with some reservation"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? The integration of features. I like the possibility to access everything that I need in one place. The information are registred and I can acess wherever I want to. The moments of feedback and the process of performance evalution really increase after we adopt the plataform.
