What do you like best about Culture Amp? It iss an automated one where managers don’t have to act as before. It gives notifications at the due time, sends necessary follow up, and the data collected are autosaved in one place to ease the future reference. Specifically, a tool like Culture Amp helps us managers collect & analyze feedback from different members easily & ensure we fairly evaluate our direct reports & help them grow both personally & career-wise from time to time.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? I like the simplicity of being able to just enter what you have done during the performance period. There aren't a bunch of click through complicated menu items and it allows for open and honest communications.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? I like how everything is linked up and it keeps me on track as opposed to having information all over the place. It also is a good way to file HR stuff, all in one location.
