What do you like best about Culture Amp? It gives me a way to have difficult conversations that really push the lever on company morale, pulse, and productivity. It keeps both managers and subordinates accountable for what has been and needs to be done.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? Culture Amp has a very straightforward approach to employee culture and objectives. The UI is very clean, and it seems like everything is very thought out. Its career development tool is simply excellent and helped me a lot in visualizing future growth. Good job!

"Culture Amp is great"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? I find the user interface very intuitive, it's great that you can ask for feedback anytime and see how your goals align with the department and company goals. The skills lab is brilliant, especially because it only allows you to do one course and only takes 5 minutes each day, making it very easy to slot into a busy week.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? It's a very quick way to prepare for a meeting. I can quickly record my ideas and concerns and the design is so simple that it can accept info about any issue.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? Puts the appropriate amount of focus on the most important touch points through out the year. Allows histroy tracking on 1 on 1s so the business at large can see how those are being handled.

"It is just remarkable"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? I like that I am able to see my progress on a daily basis and the fact that I am able to set my goals right is just amaizing and I wouldnt change anything about it
