What do you like best about Culture Amp? The way it structures 1-2-1's (and keeps track of them). Goals are easy to track and break down so it is clear how far through them I am. Annual appraisal is a fairly smooth process.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? The all in one features of Culture Amp are helpful in tracking and keeping things in one place. The different prompts and ease of using the platform is a big plus.

"Great for historical documentation and collaboration"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? I like that all of my 1 on 1s are housed in one area. My adjusters can input notes on things they want to discuss and see the topics I've added for discussion ahead of time. We can check back on things we discussed earlier as well.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? I've used a few other performance management platforms and culture amp's has been the most user friendly. As well it has a great flow when integrated with your HRIS
