What do you like best about Culture Amp? I love the One-on-one feature of Culture Amp. It allows me to document in real time the issues that I need to discuss during one-on-one meetings with my staff. It also allows me to know how the employee is feeling and creates a history can I review come performance review time.

"A seamless and convenient tool"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? Culture Amp is very helpful in terms of helping me keep track of Quarterly Reviews through the Teams app. This contributes enormously to my professional developement and self reflection. I am also able to examine Quarterly Reviews submitted previously.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? It effectively structures the processes, providing valuable insights when delving into the data. It transforms many traditionally intangible aspects into objective and quantifiable measures. Gives easy to understand reports, visually pleasing, user friendly! The customer service is fabulous, love the team!

What do you like best about Culture Amp? The culture amp helps me set the goal be it quarterly or yearly and I can monitor my growth, tasks related work as well the projects where I am working. I have not worked on any other such growth reviewing software so it's a good initiative.

"Easy to understand and follow"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? That it's easy to navigate with. The visuals of it and that it feels very friendly like you were talking to a friend. I like that you can share feedback and be kept as a secret in some cases. The fact that you can save drafts without publishing them and you can go back and review before submiting it.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? Keeping track of my goals. Keep a record of my 1-21 meetings, so I am able to have a history of my notes with my manager.

What do you like best about Culture Amp? You and your superiors can make a tangible mesurement of your progress during the year. Either through acomplishing the goals set for the department at the begining of the year, or trought our own goals that could bring some value to the organization.
