What do you like best about Culture Amp? I love how easy it is to use. There aren't too many instructions and guidance needed for most of the modules. The templates and recommended questions in the engagement surveys as well as performance management modules are great. They really help you focus on all the right areas and working with the People Scientists really helps fine tune everything to customise it for your organisation.

"Culture Amp, a great way to track and improve"
What do you like best about Culture Amp? I love the many different feature that Culture Amp offers. In my company I have used the surveys, the meeting notes functionality, the goals, and the development tools that it offers. I can feel confident giving my feedback through Culture Amp that not only will my voice be heard, but that also I have direct access to my superiors and a large amount of resources to help me develop myself.
