What do you like best about Crisp? Crisp is simple, easy to use, and has many useful features to build good relationships with our clients. We receive notifications; the responses are sent to clients via email if they are not online. You can have filters and leave notes, reminders in chats, etc. It is possible to send chat transcripts; clients can leave reviews, and so on. The platform is great! "Good tool and super customer service!"

What do you like best about Crisp? It's a good chat box from my point of view but the customer experience is amazing. Special feedback for Dinis and Pedro from customer care service. What do you dislike about Crisp? I do not have anything to say, we need only some new plugin. What problems is Crisp solving and how is that benefiting you? As I said above, customer experience is amazing. All problems will be solved ASAP.

What do you like best about Crisp? I love the feature set they have, and the support is very responsive. We are using the service for 6 months since launched MVP and going to upgrade soon as the activity is increasing. I also love their different language feature as we are servicing clients globally.
