What do you like best about Crisp? Crisp is simple, easy to use, and has many useful features to build good relationships with our clients. We receive notifications; the responses are sent to clients via email if they are not online. You can have filters and leave notes, reminders in chats, etc. It is possible to send chat transcripts; clients can leave reviews, and so on. The platform is great! We are using the service for 6 months since launched MVP and going to upgrade soon as the activity is increasing. I also love their different language feature as we are servicing clients globally.
