"Easy but powerfull"

What do you like best about Crisp? As a growing company, our chat tool was slowing us down. Just swapped for Crisp; the tool is easy to setup, nice to work with and our clients can now benefit nice features like the "magic browse" and all the great integrations / extensions. So within a day we are above what we previously had, with the bonus to be working with a local company (we french aswell) Keep up the good work Crisp team, you guys rock ! "Crisp - beauty in simplicity"

What do you like best about Crisp? Crisp is really simple to use and very intuitive. We had no problems setting up, and it works well with integrated channels. Also, they have the most impressive and fast client support. Excellent UX! What do you dislike about Crisp? "Good for very small or narrow companies"

What do you like best about Crisp? Quick, good looks, what's there - works well. What do you dislike about Crisp? - Only 1 team inbox per organization - No extra address or rules for multiple incoming mails - No private inboxes for users - No team chat So only good for very small organization and with very limited needs. What problems is Crisp solving and how is that benefiting you? I was looking for a connection between customers and my sales/support team. It only works half way :(

I've never had better service than this

Pedro has been amazingly responsive every time I've ever had a question whether it was a quick little question or asking for help setting up a chatbot, and Barkley took such a personal interest in helping me figure out an issue I was having and spent two days troubleshooting it with me. You really can't put a price on that kind of service, but they did, and it's less than one percent of the cost of a similar plan on Intercom. I don't know how anybody can use anything else!
