What do you like best about Crisp? It's as full-featured as Intercom but significantly cheaper. I'm also a big fan of the user CRM capabilities, the integration with Twilio for SMS, and the core chat capabilities. They're also very responsive. What do you dislike about Crisp? "a great multichannel tool"
What do you like best about Crisp? serving customers is simple due to its variety of channels, easy use and automation What do you dislike about Crisp? It takes a bit of reporting to be able to get more statistics by channel and messages, agents, etc. What problems is Crisp solving and how is that benefiting you? Great platform with some batteries missing
We began our experience with Crisp back in August of 2021. The purpose of Crisp was for offering customer service, live chat, a status page, and a knowledgebase. There were a few issues we ran into that could be very concerning for businesses running basic operations through their customer support channel. "Unlimited use with lots of customizability & knowledgable support -- we love it!"

The support experience has been awesome - we had some questions before transitioning from a competitor, and so we got to have the "customer experience" as Crisp helped us using their own tools. What do you like best about Crisp? The chat feature is very intuitive, very customizable, and my favorite part is the interface on the backend. It shows you a map of the world and where all of the visitors who are currently on your site are located. It's very cool. What do you dislike about Crisp?
