What do you like best about Crisp? I like its plugin function, which is very flexible. I also like some of its detailed functions, allowing me to develop my own functions as I please. In short, I really like it What do you dislike about Crisp? I found that the crisp chatbot is a bit unstable, and sometimes it doesn't perform as expected. I hope the crisp team can optimize it What problems is Crisp solving and how is that benefiting you? Can help me communicate more closely with my clients

"Amazing Support team and Great product"
What do you like best about Crisp? So I just realised that we have been using Crisp since 2019... We currently have 5 websites we use Crisp for. Simply Great Product, Amazing support team. What do you dislike about Crisp? I think setting up their triggers could be made easy. But honestly thats not that big of an issue for us. Once we worked it out, it was a piece of cake. What do you like best about Crisp? The supports are very courteous and they reply in a timely manner. This is a selling point since most of my reach and interaction with them are time-sensitive.
