All of the features, the ease of use, and most importantly the ability to communicate with support in a timely manner and their team always jumping in to try to help in an incredibly fast fashion! "A non-venture backed chat solution that provides the best and fruitful features"
What do you like best about Crisp? Their features are rich, it is hard to believe that Crisp is not financed heavily by venture capitalist. They are product oriented, and are friendly to SMBs. What do you dislike about Crisp? Nothing to dislike about, their engineering skills and the user experience of the software is very very good. "Very good, modern, simple and complete app."
What do you like best about Crisp? How easy it is to set up and start working with it with a very easy to use interface. What do you dislike about Crisp? It is very customizable, but it lacks a few things that would be really good to have regarding visual customization, like the button for the chatbox. What problems is Crisp solving and how is that benefiting you? Pricing is very good and it is very efficient with helping us assist customers via chat and email in a single platform.
