What do you like best? That it is an centralized tool we use in the Company and one depository of all expenses incurred for everyone. That we can also generate reports/data for information and for analysis. It's also good that the tool is web based and can be access anywhere at anytime. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Coupa has been a great improvement from out traditional paper and pen approval. We no longer have paper getting lost in the shuffle. What do you dislike? As admin, there are changes I can't make. Our credit card payment integration hasn't worked fully yet, but that is due to an integration issue. What problems are you solving with the product?
