What do you like best? Love the functionality that allows for users to upload their hotel folio and have their expense report automatically itemized- so cool! What do you dislike? Commodity codes aren't being looked at when the system itemizes receipts. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The ease of using the system from a user and finance standpoint. It also has messages when the expense is not within company policy which is beneficial to the person submitting the expense. What do you dislike? We just implemented the T&E module and at this time I like everything that it does What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Compliance to the T&E Policy. What do you like best? Coupa's expense platform is easy to use, and great for visibility and tracking. What do you dislike? We have challenges around users coding correctly but Coupa does help the user with its flexibility around tags and keywords. What problems are you solving with the product?
