What do you like best? The user interface is fantastic! I love that you can log directly into Coupa, but you also have the option to use the app. What do you dislike? I wish there was an easier way to give additional visibility to speciality users. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are definitely getting smarter with spend management overall.

Great way to manage team expenses

What do you like best? We can easily track and see the expenses of our team. Expenses now only take me a couple hours for the month, instead of hours each week! What do you dislike? There are very few things I can think of that I DON'T like about the platform, it's so user friendly! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can easily track expenses and purchase orders for our team.

What do you like best? I like that Coupa gives me visibility into where my expense report stands in the approval process! What do you dislike? I don't like that users who are contractors and vendors would need two logins to mange their different accounts. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I think our company has really tightened our belts with the help of Coupa, especially because it forced us to begin using PO's!

What do you like best? Coupa's expense management interface is very intuitive and users can pick it up and understand how to submit an expense report without extensive complicated training. What do you dislike? In some areas on the administrative side, Coupa can be restrictive on how to configure rules or approvals.
