What do you like best? Receipt management and uploading is simple and fast. Reimbursement process is fast. What do you dislike? Seamless expense tracking

What do you like best? Coupa has revised me with the mobile ability of real-time expense submission and management. What do you dislike? Receipt attachment / invoice capture could perform better, but still efficient overall. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? By submitting expenses in real time, Coupa dramatically increases the efficiency of T&E departments and accounting.

Just appears good from exterior, you peel couple of layers makes you cry

During the sales pitch they showed us nicely packaged demo and looks good on the outside but when you actually go for implementation you will relaize that most of the product features (OCR) is still immature and does not work at all as they promised. Good for non complex expense report processing

What do you like best? I like how convenient it is email receipts to your Coupa wallet and then add to your report. The user interface is great how it straightforward and not cluttered. It's also useful to see the flow of where your expense report is after submitting it. You can see who needs to approve it and when you'll be reimbursed. Over the limit flags is also helpful. What do you like best? I love that coupa automatically loads your expenses from your credit card and associated companies. Makes compiling incredibly easy. What do you dislike? What I don't like about automation? It's not always accurate with the names or the categories of purchases. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This has made compiling expenses for our company far easier.

What do you like best? It is easy to use, simple to order from companies such as Staples or Office Dept and shipping was fast/efficient. I liked our manual processes better unfortunately

What do you like best? We switched to this a year ago so that we could get away from our manual way of expensing. However this is one of the worst programs to help you with that. What do you dislike? It is not user friendly at all, in fact probably one of the most non-friendly systems you could use.
