What do you like best? Searchable fields and scan or browse to folder options What do you dislike? Permissions are not dynamic when using security groups. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Centralized location for scanned documents.

Good Product, Great Support. Interface needs work

What do you like best? Price, Support, Integration with other OCR software (Simplindex) What do you dislike? UI is buggy. Windows sometimes get jumbled or hidden. Product works ok, but not thrilled with it

What do you like best? We are able to keep everything in one place and have it much more organized that it was in our previous setup and everyone that needs access to files has it right at their fingertips instead of digging through paper files or other peoples personal directories on the server. What do you dislike? Buggy - when entering in a lot of files, it will suddenly decide not to let you type in any fields. you have to close the program and reopen. At least it is not totally ...
