Electronic filing system of the future
What do you like best? I can easily index any file I am saving electronically. What do you dislike? I do not dislike anything at all with this program. Recommendations to others considering the product If you are looking for an electronic filing system, this is the one! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We no longer have paper files and save trees on a daily basis

What do you like best? The ease of saving a pdf using a unique filing system for easy retrieval What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to click and drag pdf files from my desktop into content verse What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have saved on paper filing and can easily access any document

Horrible product and service
We have had to leave ContentVerse because it had become completely unusable for us. With each update that came out (which we installed as directed), new issues were generated. At this point, many of our employees couldn't even get into ContentVerse, which means they couldn't access our archived documents, a big problem! For those who can still get in, it sometimes takes as long as 45 minutes to access a single document. The help desk was not helpful at all. Even when ContentVerse was ...
