Support difficult
Had some issues that never were resolved. Some clients don't allow me to connect unless someone is present at the machine and their guidance on upgrading didn't resolve the issue.

Great Product for Screen sharing
Screen Connect is easy to use. If you are a support person, this is a great product. Screen Connect even allows meetings. The only thing it lacks is land line phone connectivity for meetings.
