It is an easy to use product that does what I need it to do.

It is easy to setup and deploy and updates work great. It is the best remote support/access product that I have used.

Product is decent. With growth, communication has gone downhill.

Drastic price changes without communication, management will not communicate via phone or email. Our Rep is great, but when we are told management says 'no', and you have no ability to discuss with management, you lose faith in the relationship. It hasn't been too long since management, and even ownership, would communicate with you, over issues good and bad. This is disappointing and worrisome when it concerns a software suite we've built our operations around, buying all of the suites, etc.

Our team lives in ScreenConnect

Everything we need and at a great price. Only issue is that too often someone has to ask to have the program reloaded and PC rebooted because they get a black screen when attempting to remote in.

Downgrade?

Really did not appreciate the downgrade of service on my last renewal. I could add in my console as many clients as I wanted which was necessary to me. Now only 10 of them are active. Pain for me to invite each time a client that is not active. I am freelance worker and am ok with 1 concurrent session, but not with the only ten active client in console. I am looking at other solutions that will better suit my needs.
