I love SC!

I really like the software.

I like the software quite a bit and the price beats the competition. I do have a few issues when connecting to Linux machines running Zorin OS 12 (Ubuntu. The taskbar is invisible on the remote computer. Not sure why this is, but the fact that ScreenConnect works with linux was a big factor in why I chose them. Overall, it is very nice. I hope they continue to support Linux.

Works Great with some issues

ScreenConnect works great. The only issue I have encountered is when I reboot a machine that is under the Access tab, it takes almost an hour before I can remote back into the machine. ScreenConnect service is still running, but it tells me the user is not connected yet. Also, when connected via the Android app, I experience some delay.

The Screen Connect works well, and now that it supports MACs as well that is a bonus.

Great System

The system is flexible, simple and has gone down a storm with our customers. It has the features of some of the well known remote support applications but allows you to label it under your product name.Would recommend to anyone who needs unattended access or to remote support.

We could not live without it

We use ScreenConnect for our technology business. It is paramount to our technical support team.We could not live with out it. While there are plenty of other companies that help with remote connection and management, none stack up against ScreenConnect.

workable...but not perfect

Our instance of "ScreenConnect" is hosted by ScreenConnect. We've been running this since about august of 2015. There was a period of about a month or so that we could not see any devices in the console so we did not have any access to the remote machines during that time. i didnt have time to create a support ticket or call in because i was busy rebuilding the internal network due to a catastrophic failure and i'm the only IT guy we have currently. Basically OK, but cannot integrate with anything much else

Its value for money for what it is, but it would be nice to have an option to extend or bundle it with other services like a CRM, Issue Tracking, Wikipedia, Project/Management type, and accounting solutions. Unreliable

We have been a customer for over a year now with Connectwise. It took them 4 months to setup the system and it took us about 2 months to learn the system. Although for the first 4 months we could not use the system, they still charged us the full price.Then further down the line, something went wrong with their account system. even-though we are fully paid up, they put the account on credit hold. we had no access to our data and at the time of writing this review, they still have not ...
