Your implementation team did a great job migrating my database to my on prem server, however, that's where our good experience ended. There are several other working pieces for CW that are all owned by CW including Quosal, Labtech, UserCentric, and CloudConsole to name the big ones. No effort whatsoever was put in to ensure these were working after the migration. Great
Hands down the best remote access I have used to date. I only use it as a remote access point for a small company with less then 20 computers. Setup at first was difficult due to the programming info you need to know. Screenconnect techs we very helpful get me over that hurdle. Once you have that down you are good to go.

Mostly great system
Mostly great systemHad a problem with our anti-virus (Kaspersky blocking it on one user's computer. Other than that it's been great for trouble shooting problems around the globe.

ScreenConnect works well, and it's priced right, but lacks many of the features of the competitive products in this space. But we're happy to have it.

Great Tool on a PC... Android App is Frustrating
I use this service to connect to all my remote users' laptops and when I am remote, I connect to my workstation in the office. I am using the "cloud" version and it works well. I assigned a subdomain (i.e. xyz.screenconnect.com and you can also brand it with your company's logo.I can download an msi for whichever group I wish to classify a new device as and either install it manually, which only takes a second, or use a GPO to have it deployed automatically when the system is first ...

A great tool
I use ScreenConnect just about every day. It's very easy to get people connected so I can assist them. The software works great on Macs and PCs. No complaints. I used several well-known competitors (GTA and LMI before I found ScreenConnect. I'm not missing anything. ScreenConnect is a much better value.
