ConnectWise for the WIN!
This program has made it possible for the little guy to offer quality remote support for their clients. I've been using it for over a year and it far exceeded my expectations. It works just as well as many other competitor projects. I have referred clients to this service and they are also very happy with it.

There is a lot of latency issues where reduced resolution is required to get more acceptable response. Also, Mac integration can be tedious on the user interface.
