Works well most of the time but…
Works well most of the time but sometimes hangs or is not accessible for a while. Wondering if it is hosted on a virtual machine that needs rebooted or more resources? Otherwise I like it.

I love control!
I love control!The only thing i think it is lacking is I wish the integration with manage also copied the session notes to the internal ticket notes. The chat is helpful but the notes are equally as important. Other than that it is perfect!

Great value for an IT provider
Great value for an IT provider. The $35/month plan is a perfect fit. Excellent for remote control and file transfer. Very reliable, not perfect. Sometimes screen does not respond requiring closing and reopening.

ConnectWise is worth investing in
ConnectWise is worth investing in. There are some features we would like to see added which have reduced the number of stars we were prepared to give at this time. We have a multi-screen environment and would like the ability to record only one of the users' screens. We also would like the app to open on both screens for a technician assisting instead of condensed onto one.
