Good product but could use some small improvements. I compared competing products and chose ConnectWise primarily on price. I don't use it on a daily basis, but I'm really happy with it an recommend it. I'd like to see improvements to the dashboard. It opens up separate tabs when it doesn't need to and can be confusing getting connected. It's not as slick as TeamViewer. The floating function bar that's at the top of the screen after you connect could use some improvements too. It has all ...

Improvements are Needed
As an IT Manager the Administrator of Connectwise, i should not have to install the 'client' each time I create a new session to a host system which I need to access. I've called support to inquire and support dad me run a different setup executable but I still have this issue. Also dual-screen access is atrocious.I've used several alternatives and I'm somewhat disappointed with this product.

rough around the edges, yes it does connect to clients but needs more work to earn a better rating. No phone support to help with working through issues.
