Excellent value with great features

This is the most robust tool I have found for Remote service. With a client, you can perform work without anyone at the machine. You can set up groups, add techs, transfer files, annotate, and IM all within one panel.

Great package and easy to use however I…

Great package and easy to use however I am suffering from random temporary loss of connection that comes back after one minute and I never got this resolved. This happens whether I use the package in the office or outside.

Buggy and Feature Rich

Product features and roadmap match well with our company goals. unfortunately this is tempered by the fact by bugs in almost every release. Many of these issues take several releases before they are resolved. As a result, we find ourselves looking at other solutions not because of what Connectwise offers (we actually think it's a great match for our org, but because of how reliably it offers what it does. All the features and function in the world don't help when you just need something to work.

Price vs Value is about as good as it gets.

I have used all of the "big name" remote software and this has come the closest to perfection. Always have some improvement ideas but by and large has meet expectations. Would like to see it a little less expensive but compared to some of the others the price vs value is probably as good as it gets right now.The remote client does not auto update.
