Excellent Solution

Have used other leading remote access solutions extensively but find connectwise better in many ways. Also, the pricing model is fairer in my opinion. It's also fast and stable and I have yet to find any real problems.

Simple yet powerful

What do you like best? It just works. Simple interface, off-site hosted, software toolbox for installers, reversible screen share, blank user screen, acquire wake lock, multiple monitor support is fantastic, simple drag and drop for file transfers, chat and annotations to help work with users that might not be on a phone call with me, can change quality of session to help with users that have poor connection quality. Control that you can 'really' work with.

What do you like best? The User Interface and usability are excellent. Providing access to end-users is fairly easy compared to other products that we've used in the past. The cost of the software is better than most of the competitors. We like the fact that ConnectwiseControl (ScreenConnect is part of the larger Connectwise arsenal of products and we have ONE Vendor's throat to choke if the need arises. What do you dislike? A fantastinc remote support app.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It's super simple to utilize and it benefits customers greatly. Setting it up has never been this simple. Due to its setup, I can basically use it just about anywhere. I get to move files from my desktop PC to another remote PC with ease. I can reboot and auto-reconnect. I love the product but communication…

I love the product but communication with ANY support team is very poor as of right now. Technical support is never an emergency. Billing is a 3-4 day response time. Any form of communication is terrible. Companies need to remember the importance of speaking with their customers, rather than a completely non interfacing response in a ticket. That is how relationships are lost.But the product is awesome!

Company and product are both superb

Company and product are both superb - as with any software solution you get out what you put in, and a lot of work is required to configure it to meet the needs of your business - but the results are more than worth the effort.As a company they deliver on their promises, are responsive to feedback and see the success of their partners as key to their own success - highly recommended to all.
