Their sales team will say it will do lots and it can, however this is always at additional costs, for example, I was sold the product advising it would invoice via xero and interface with the RMM tools we use (Centrastage. Best remote support tool!

What do you like best? A good remote supporting tool for administrators/managers/support team members at a very affordable price. We used to used LogMeIn before, change over was relatively easy because of user friendly UI for administrators and users. What do you dislike? Still unable to control iOS(Apple devices remotely. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We were able to deploy ConnectWise Control hundreds of our clients' workstations or servers. This allowed us to access them any time. It's not intuitive

It's not intuitive. Creating groups is convoluted. There are still things that I haven’t learned how to do. Licensing is confusing. Tech support is by email, and answers to my questions are provided via links to the community Q&A online. I get to dig through crap just to find the answer that I need. Appalling experience

Appalling experience to date. Support for control has been non-existent losing us significant productivity and money in the process. Manage rollout has been very inefficient. Dishonest sales people at every point who will say anything to get a sale, even if it is completely false and absolutely no accountability taken in this regard upon complaint. Uncomplicated, highly compatible remote support software

What do you like best? ConnectWise Control (fka ScreenConnect is reliable, user friendly, and intuitive. There are not too many features crammed in, and the features that are included are rock solid. Mobile version still not good enough
